EDITION & AUTHENTICITY
Each work is part of a limited edition of only 45 + 5 Artist Proofs, ensuring exclusivity and long-term value. Edition numbers apply across all sizes and styles, so whether you choose Studio, Boutique, Gallery, or Museum, the work belongs to the same unified edition. For finished works, the edition number, title, location, and signature appear on the reverse; Studio Prints are signed and numbered in pencil on the front border. Every piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. As the edition sells, prices increase, and once all pieces are collected the edition is permanently closed.
PURCHASING & SHIPPING
Every work is custom made to order, crafted with care, and typically completed within 4–6 weeks depending on style. Because each piece is created just for you, all orders are final once placed. U.S. shipping is included in the listed prices. For international collectors, please contact us for a shipping quote; duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Works are packed with the utmost care, fully insured for safe delivery, and created to be enjoyed for generations.
CHOOSING YOUR STYLE
Each work is available in four finishing styles. From intimate prints on museum-grade paper to luminous plates infused with dyes for permanence, every option is crafted to the highest archival standards. The differences come down to process, longevity, and presentation — allowing you to choose the form that best suits your space and vision.
STUDIO PRINTS
Studio Prints are finely crafted pigment prints on museum-grade paper. Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth — a 100% cotton, archival paper revered in museums worldwide — they offer a smooth matte surface and deep tonal range that perfectly complement the work.
Each print includes a white border (.8” on 8” prints, 2” on larger sizes) and is signed and numbered in pencil on the front — the only style where my signature is visible. Collectors may choose to display the border, mat over it, or trim it according to preference.
Studio Prints are ideal for those who value the tactile presence and intimacy of paper. They may be framed and displayed immediately or preserved in archival boxes and portfolios. Each piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
BOUTIQUE STYLE
Pigment Plate Prints are created with pure pigments printed directly onto the surface of a smooth white plate. The process yields refined detail, a matte, glare-free presence, and a quiet tactile relief; in lighter areas, a subtle sheen adds depth and nuance. In this way, the work recalls photography’s earliest plates, where images lived on a surface both fragile and enduring.
Each piece is finished in a minimalist wood floater frame, available in eight curated tones: Natural Oak, Black Oak, Black Matte, Alder Brown, White Maple, White Matte, Walnut, and Natural Maple. Works from 8×8” to 16×32” use a .24” frame face, while 24″ and larger formats use a .6” face for balanced proportion.
Boutique Style offers a contemporary alternative to paper, bringing durability and modern presence at an accessible entry point. Certificates are affixed to the back of each piece.
GALLERY STYLE
Dye-Transfer Chrome Prints are created by infusing image dyes into the plate itself, rather than resting on the surface. This permanent fusion yields longevity, archival stability, and luminous depth that surface printing cannot match. The result is a clarity that feels sculpted within the plate — a modern echo of the classic dye-transfer tradition.
Presented without a frame, the plate floats ¾″ off the wall, creating a crisp, modern hover that emphasizes the image edge and the soft shadow it casts. Each work carries its certification infused directly into the back of the plate and visible through a discreet cutout.
MUSEUM STYLE
Dye-Transfer Chrome Prints in Museum Style present the same luminous, glare-free surface and infused-dye permanence, now finished within a floater frame for added depth and refinement. This is the most formal expression of the process, built for lasting presence and elegance.
Frames are offered in Black Oak, Black Matte, White Oak, White Matte, and Walnut. The profile features a 3/8″ (10 mm) face with a 2″ overall depth, proportioned to give the work presence without overpowering the image. Certification is infused into the back of the plate and revealed through a discreet cutout.
Built with museum-grade materials and methods throughout, this is the highest level of presentation.
Still deciding?
Choose Studio for the purity of a pigment print on museum-grade paper — signed and numbered in pencil on the border. Studio Prints can be framed to your taste or preserved in archival boxes and portfolios, offering permanence with complete flexibility.
Choose Boutique for the warm, minimalist wood palette and the quiet, matte presence of pigment plate prints. Eight curated frame tones allow for a refined but understated presentation.
Choose Gallery for a frameless look, the plate floating ¾″ off the wall. Each is a dye-transfer chrome print — dyes infused within the plate — for museum-grade archival stability and luminous, matte depth.
Choose Museum when you want a framed statement with added depth and formality. The same dye-transfer chrome print, presented in a floater frame with five profile options for an elevated, well-appointed presence.
Custom presentations (by request)
Beyond Studio, Boutique, Gallery, and Museum Styles, select works can be customized for specific interiors: a flush frame for a seamless edge, white borders to introduce breathing room, bespoke frame mouldings, and more. We can also assist with framing Studio Prints to museum standards, including the use of Museum Glass. Timelines and pricing are quoted individually — Contact us to discuss.

LIVING WITH ART
PRESENCE IN THE INVISIBLE
San Francisco lives between appearances and disappearances — fog erasing edges, bridges dissolving into air. These photographs draw form back to its essence, where absence carries as much weight as presence, and silence frames the city as surely as steel and stone.
Beauty IN THE UNCERTAIN
Fog is a teacher of impermanence. It reminds us that clarity and obscurity are not opposites but companions, cycling endlessly. To live with these images is to welcome that rhythm — to let beauty emerge not from certainty, but from the quiet embrace of change
Art That GROUNDS A ROOM
A photograph holds more than image — it holds atmosphere. In a room, it can suspend time, soften edges, and create space to breathe. Fog City works carry the stillness of San Francisco’s shifting veil, grounding interiors with presence that endures beyond the moment.
The PERMANENCE of Collecting
Limited edition photographs are created with endurance in mind: museum-level craft, archival permanence, and vision that reaches beyond the moment. To collect a Fog City work is to bring that continuity into your space — a tether between what is fleeting and what endures, carried forward for generations.
